| Services offered through the Tecumseh office: Substance Abuse Assessments: $100.00 This includes assessments for Attorneys, the court system (circuit, district, probate and Friend of The Court). Family Safety Assessments (or Parenting Safety Assessments): $150.00 Substance Abuse Assessment for Drivers License Evaluations: $125.00 Intake/Program Enrollment: $50.00 Individual Counseling Session (50 minutes): $50.00 (self-pay) For each session. All Substance Abuse Group Sessions: $30.00 (For each session) 15 weeks = $450.00 (or paid all in advance $400.00) Family Violence Accountability Program (Group): $25.00 (For each session) 26 weeks (Minimum - Could be longer if determined clinically necessary) = $650.00 (or paid all in advance $600.00) An additional $25.00 will be expected for all sessions deemed necessary beyond the 26th session. Nurturing Fathers Program (Group): $25.00 (For each session) 13 weeks = $325.00 (or paid all in advance $275.00) There is a one time Journal fee of $20.00 for purchase of workbook materials. A 24 hour notice is expected for all missed sessions, otherwise, you will be expected to pay the full fee for the session. |
